Well, it only took fifteen years of dancing around the idea of opening my own gallery, but here we are. As usual, I have my beautiful bride to thank, as she encouraged me to take a deeper dive into my passion for photography. Since publishing the coffee table version of As A Man Thinketh set to my photographs may years ago, to when I displayed and sold my images through Village Smith Galleries, then Gallery VI, both with Sue Poovey, first on canvas, then on metal; I was at the mercy of others. I had the great privilege of being asked to display and sell through several other small galleries for limited runs as well. Now, the time has come to create my own space for all of this.

Welcome to Bowman Gray Fine Art Photography’s physical home, located in the historic West End of Winston-Salem, NC. I’ve taken what was previously known as The Park House at Grace Court, which is now a public park. Being that I also manage my day job out of this space as well, it’s a private venue that cannot keep standard retail hours. Please, call or email me to either make an appointment or to be sure I’m here when you’d like to stop by. I should add that I still maintain a relationship with my original gallerist Sue, who provides professional framing services for high-end artwork, also by appointment.
